While the company’s modern identity reflected its technology platform, the visual system lacked warmth and personality. There was an opportunity to create a more distinctive and engaging brand that could better support both merchants and consumers across everyday touchpoints.
We partnered with the Fivestars team to critique and evolve the existing look and feel, focusing on clarity, consistency and recognizability. The work refined the brand’s core blue and purple palette, expanded the use of white space and introduced new visual elements that brought energy and approachability to the system.
The result was a refreshed brand identity that felt confident, human and instantly recognizable, designed to scale across digital products, marketing and in-store experiences while reinforcing Fivestars’ role in supporting local businesses and community loyalty.
