Repositioning a data-driven startup for market leadership
Cuebiq is a location intelligence company that helps brands understand the offline consumer journey through privacy-compliant, real-time data. After securing a significant round of funding, the company needed to evolve from early-stage disruptor to a confident, established leader in the space.
We partnered with Cuebiq to drive a complete brand refresh. This included redefining its positioning, visual identity, messaging, and digital experience to reflect its rapid growth and new leadership status—without losing the core values that had fueled its success.
Our discovery phase focused on identifying a strong differentiator. In a competitive, tech-heavy market, we found power in highlighting humanity within intelligence. This led to a refined brand idea that infused warmth and clarity into every touchpoint—from visual identity to tone of voice.
The new identity featured a custom logotype designed to express approachability and momentum. We extended this into a full design system, including iconography, color palette, typography, and UI components. In parallel, we restructured the website, rewrote product value propositions, and developed messaging that spoke to each of Cuebiq’s audiences—from marketers to investors.
We also created the tagline Intelligence in Action to clearly convey the brand’s purpose and impact. The site relaunch and brand rollout drove immediate results, including a 97 percent increase in traffic, a successful $27M Series B funding round, and a major expansion into new offices on both coasts.
